Founded in 1986, The England Group has established itself as one of North America's premier real estate investment companies, with a proven track record of successfully syndicating and managing multi-family residential properties across Canada and the United States. We focus on investing in newer, high-end multi-family projects located in cities and communities with strong fundamentals. Our mission - to maximize cash flow and long-term appreciation for investors while preserving their capital. Since our inception we have acquired and managed real estate assets totaling more than $460 million. Our portfolio of projects currently represents an investor base of over 4,300 limited partners. The England Group is headquartered in Vancouver, Canada, and maintains an asset management office in Toronto. Our investments directly employ over 150 people. |
