We are currently evaluating a number of projects for our next offering, which we hope to introduce in the coming months. The England Group Resale Program. Typically, Limited Partnership units are not liquid investments - they do not trade on a public exchange and there is no secondary market. Nevertheless, from time to time certain circumstances may require an investor to seek a liquidity solution. These situations often include:
  • Estate proceedings
  • Bankruptcy settlements
  • Marital breakdowns
  • Career transitions
So in order to better serve our clients' needs, The England Group has requested-and has been granted-an exemption from the BC Securities Commission permitting us to facilitate the resale of Limited Partnership units under certain circumstances.

Individuals who purchase a resale unit receive the benefit of being able to review the partnership's operating history and track record before investing. Moreover, under our Resale Program, Limited Partnership units are typically available for purchase in the range of 75% of Net Asset Value.
